In 2016, the bi-annual ECPR Graduate Conference takes place in Tartu (Estonia). The theme section is titled “Cyberpolitics” and offers a platform to young researchers of Internet and Politics for discussing their research and ideas (further information: http://ecpr.eu/Events/SectionDetails.aspx?SectionID=499&EventID=98).
The section chairs intend to offer a wide range of topics to foster exchange and networking possibilities among young researchers. The section includes a panel on Voting Advice Applications (VAAs) with potential papers about VAA effects, methodological VAA questions and/or papers on VAAs and political parties. The ECPR Research Network “Voting Advice Applications” officially endorses the Section and especially this Panel on VAAs.
Young researchers (PhD candidates as well as master students) are invited to propose paper abstracts (approx. 150 Words). Deadline for paper proposals is January 20th, 2016. If you are interested in proposing a paper, please contact me or use the “Propose a Paper” option at ECPR website.
